Revision Policy
We provide revisions depending on the package you selected. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, and we will revise their content without any additional charges, provided that the original content and concept remain unchanged.
FAIR USAGE POLICY
Since we offer unlimited revisions to ensure maximum satisfaction, this is subject to a fair usage limit of up to 30 revisions per project. After this limit, additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the scope of work.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide maximum security to both the client and the company. The following terms will apply unless Pro Proofreading Service cancels or terminates your contract due to breach or non-performance.
- All refund requests will be handled as follows:
Cancellation
- You are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- This does not apply if initial work has already been delivered or revisions have been requested within this timeframe.
- Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after 24 hours.
Pre-Delivery Refund
- If a refund request is made before delivery of the initial work, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
Post-Delivery Refund
- Within 48 hours of delivery → 66% refund (minus 10% processing fee)
- Between 48–120 hours → 33% refund (minus 10% processing fee)
- After 120 hours → No refund will be issued, but support and revisions will be provided where possible
Order Inactivity
- No refund will be provided if there is no response or activity on your order for 30 days after placement.
- Reactivation of inactive orders may require an additional fee depending on the project.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Refund requests must include a valid reason aligned with the original project brief.
- If the content does not match the agreed brief, revisions will be provided until satisfaction instead of a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted after final delivery has been accepted.
Final Deliverables
- No refunds are applicable once final files or edited documents have been delivered and approved.
Custom Orders
- No refund will be provided if there is no response or activity on your order for 30 days after placement.
- Reactivation of inactive orders may require an additional fee depending on the project.
Good Faith Policy
- Refunds are based on the assumption that the order is placed in good faith.
- If multiple agencies are used for the same project to claim refunds, we reserve the right to deny the request.
Customer Feedback Requirement
- Clients must actively provide feedback during the revision process to ensure the desired results are achieved. Lack of feedback may affect refund eligibility.
Content Originality
- We guarantee unique and original proofreading/editing output.
- Any similarity with existing work is purely coincidental.
- It is the client’s responsibility to handle copyright registration of final content.
Specific Service Refund Rules
- Proofreading & Editing: No refund after work has started
- Book Writing Services: No refund after initial draft delivery
- Formatting Services: No refund after formatting begins
- Publishing Services: No refund after submission or upload process begins
- Design Services (Logo/Cover): No refund after final approval
- Website Services: No refund after project completion or launch
- Audio/Media Services: No refund after production begins
How to Claim a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through:
We will first attempt to resolve your issue through revisions. If unresolved, your refund request will be forwarded to our billing department for review.
Once a refund is approved:
- All rights to the content will transfer back to Pro Proofreading Service
- The client will no longer have rights to use, publish, or distribute any version of the delivered content
We may also work with relevant copyright authorities to ensure the returned content is not reused or redistributed.
